OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH FRANCIS FORD COPPOLA
The Francis Ford Coppola Winery has been producing fine wines in California since 1978. When the writer and director of such classics as “The Godfather” (1972) and “Apocalypse Now” (1979) was first approached about working with the TCM Wine Club, inspiration for the first label struck him immediately. Café Zoetrope is Coppola’s European-style café in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood; it’s the confluence of his passions for wine, food and film. And the wines that have followed – lush Merlot, award-winning Cabernet, rich Chardonnay, and crisp Sauvignon Blanc – live up to the name deliciously.
In TCM Wine Club relationship with Francis Ford Coppola, we have released Café’ Zoetrope, Frankenstein and we released three wines from the Coppola estate.
