Shipping Details

Delivery is currently available within the United States to the following locations: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV and WY. In accordance with state laws, all orders are placed with and shipped by licensed retailers in the industry and applicable taxes are paid.
Since the sale of alcoholic beverages is controlled by individual states, we must abide by each state's law. We are constantly trying to offer our wines in new states. When a new state becomes eligible, we will immediately add it to the website. Check back often for your state's availability.
Delivery is $19.99 for all orders up to 15 bottles. Many customers subscribe to Laithwaite’s Unlimited shipping service. For an annual fee of just $89, every case (club or otherwise) ships FREE – it pays for itself in just a few shipments. Go to for details.

That’s up to you. Every three months, we reserve a customized, 12-bottle case for you (which works out to just one bottle a week).However, you can delay or skip deliveries any time you wish. We also offer two special, extra cases a year – one in the summer and one for the holidays.

And don’t forget, at only $149.99 (plus $19.99 shipping & tax), every case gives you a members-only savings of at least 20%.

Since the signature of an adult 21 or older is required by law to receive wine, many customers have their wine shipments sent to their workplace. If you want to change your shipping address, please email us or call 1-800-842-4050, Monday through Friday 8 am to 11 pm Eastern or Saturday and Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern.

State laws on wine shipping aren’t always straightforward but are under constant review, meaning the list of states that allow direct-to-home wine shipment is ever growing. As soon as a state becomes available, you can be sure we’ll add it to our list.

By federal law, you must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine. When you place an order you will be asked to confirm that you are 21 or older. Federal law also insists that someone at least 21 years old is present to sign for the package.

If no one is available to sign for the package during normal business hours at your shipping address, we recommend the order is shipped to your business address.

Alternatively you can utilize the FedEx ‘Hold at Location’ service, a convenient choice for when you can’t be there to accept delivery. This service is available both for FedEx Home and FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) packages. It is simple to use. Once you receive your FedEx tracking number, you can select the FedEx location where you wish your package to be held. On the next delivery attempt your package will be sent to this location, ready for your collection.

Will I be told about each case before it’s sent? Yes, absolutely – to avoid missing a notification, be sure to keep your email address up to date in My Wine Cellar. And don’t forget, you can preview your wines and make quick and easy changes at
What kind of changes can I make? This is your club, so we want you to have complete control. You can delay deliveries, skip cases (if you’re not ready for more wine), change wine colors (select reds, whites or a mix), edit payment details and more.
How do you choose the wines? TCM has partnered with the Laithwaite’s Wine team to bring you this exclusive service. The Laithwaite's Wine team tastes over 40,000 wines each year, selecting just a few hundred for their customers. From these top picks, we set aside wines that are best suited to your personal tastes.
How do I manage my wine club shipments? To manage your quarterly wine club case preferences (including shipping address), log in to your account, select the My Wine Clubs link and then click the Manage My Wine Club button.
Do I have to accept every Wine Club case offered? No, you are in control of your Wine Club and can skip or delay your upcoming quarterly deliveries, if you wish. Skipping your next case effectively delays your next delivery by three months. Another option is to delay shipment by up to four weeks.
How do I cancel my quarterly wine club deliveries? Just call us at 1-800-649-4637 and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you. But remember, you can skip a delivery if you have too much wine. This moves your next delivery out by three months. Alternatively, you can delay your case up to four weeks so that it arrives at a more convenient time.
