Wine Flavor Profile
Le Champ des Etoiles is a medium-bodied white wine with creamy stone fruit, citrus and almond aromas. On the palate, there’s a mouthfilling, rounded texture, ripe peach and toasty spice flavors plus an elegant mineral streak.
Winemaker and Burgundy buff Mark Hoddy started with grapes from prime Languedoc vineyard sites. To maintain delicate flavors and create a silky texture, he pressed the grapes gently, then fermented the wine in French oak barrels and aged it briefly. Four of the last five vintages have received gold medals, and this latest release is every bit as impressive.
A legend among legends, Marilyn Monroe still shines as brightly as when she first found fame on the silver screen. What better way to celebrate her memory than the film that helped make her a household name?
“Nose of flowers and white fruits with citrus and vanilla notes…Great freshness on the finish.”
