Wine Flavor Profile

Ticking Clock is a medium-bodied white wine with lovely honeysuckle, ripe citrus and vibrant tropical fruit aromas and flavors. The finish is long and fresh.

Time moves too fast. Slow down and sip Ticking Clock White Blend, a bright white wine from expert winemaker William “Bill” Knuttel (below) and California’s exciting Lodi region.

Bill used to work at two of California’s most famous estates, Saintsbury in the Napa Valley and Chalk Hill in Sonoma. A few years back, he struck out on his own and has been making fabulous wines ever since. And this elegant white is a lovely example of his expertise.

He sourced the grapes from Lodi, “one of the top wine regions in the country,” where “winemakers have quietly started producing some of the state’s best wines” (vinepair.com). After working his magic in the cellar, Bill settled on a delicious blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

Look forward to expressive honeysuckle, ripe citrus and vibrant tropical fruit aromas and flavors. It’ll delight on its own or pair well with anything from grilled white meats to fresh seafood.

Order your share today and savor every second with this beautiful California white wine.
